Welcome to PetTomo ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

A. User Provided Information

• Account Data: When you sign in via Google or Apple, we collect your basic profile information (such as your User ID and Email) to create your account.
• User Content (Photos): The core gameplay involves taking and uploading photos ("Feed Photos") to feed your pet. These photos are uploaded to our secure servers.
• Chat & Messages: We store the messages and content you send in the shared game rooms to facilitate the multiplayer experience.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device (ID, model, OS version) for analytics and troubleshooting.
• Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how you interact with the App (e.g., features used, session length).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and specific gameplay features (e.g., analyzing your photos with AI to determine "food" type).
• Facilitate the shared room experience (showing your photos to your room members).
• Manage your account and preferences.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.

3. Photo Analysis (AI)

We use on-device and cloud-based AI technologies (such as Google ML Kit) to analyze the photos you upload. This is done solely to identify objects in the photo for gameplay purposes (e.g., recognizing a "Coffee" to give your pet energy). We do not use this data for advertising profiling.

4. Sharing Your Information

• With Room Members: Your Feed Photos and Chat Messages are visible to other users who are members of the same "Room" as you. You explicitly choose whom to invite or join.
• With Service Providers: We use third-party vendors (Supabase, Firebase) to host data and analyze app performance. They are obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account directly within the App settings, or contact us at the support email below.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
