Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of PetTomo (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must comply with applicable laws and keep your account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. User Content and Community Safety

                Zero-tolerance policy: Objectionable content and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. This includes harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, graphic violence, and illegal content.
            

You may not post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
You may not impersonate others or attempt to bypass moderation controls.
Users can report and block others; we may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security and legal reasons.
